Déjà accrédité selon la norme ISO 15189 :2012 depuis décembre 2023, son laboratoire de Biologie Médicale a obtenu avec succès, en juin 2025, la migration de son système de management de la qualité vers la nouvelle version de la norme internationale ISO 15189 :2022.
Cette nouvelle accréditation témoigne de la capacité du laboratoire à répondre aux exigences les plus récentes en matière de compétence technique, de fiabilité des résultats d’analyses médicales, de maîtrise des risques, de sécurité des patients et d’amélioration continue.
Une reconnaissance officielle
Cette performance a été officiellement saluée le 11 juin 2026 à l’occasion de la cérémonie marquant les vingt (20) ans du Comité Régional d’Évaluation et de Suivi de l’Accréditation (CRESAC).
Au cours de cette cérémonie organisée au Bloc Ministériel au Plateau, le Directeur Général du CESAM-SA, le Pharmacien Colonel Major KRAH Pascal, a reçu le certificat d’accréditation des mains du Directeur de Cabinet du Ministre de la Santé, de l’Hygiène Publique et de la Couverture Maladie Universelle (MSHP-CMU), consacrant ainsi les efforts constants des équipes du laboratoire.
Cette distinction illustre la confiance accordée au CESAM-SA et vient confirmer la conformité de ses pratiques aux standards internationaux de qualité en biologie médicale.
